Marianne Melley Marianne Melley received her B.A. in Psychology from Fordham University and her graduate degree in Education and Counseling from Hunter College. She has been conducting seminars for major corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations both domestically and internationally for the past 12 years. Marianne is a member of IACMP's New York Coaching Special Interest Group on Communications. Her audio and video tapes on Conflict Resolution are being used for training purposes throughout the world.

Nancy Snell Nancy Snell, CEC, has a B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University and has trained extensively in the coaching field. She received her coaching certification from IPEC in 2004, completed the Core Essentials Program with Coach U, and successfully completed Dale Carnegie Sales Training.

Nancy specializes in business and workplace issues and is passionate about helping people who are struggling with stress management and work-life balance.

A seasoned business professional with more than 25 successful years in broadcast television media buying and sales, marketing, consulting, and new business development, Nancy is currently a member of the NYC Chapter of the International Coach Federation where she served as a Board Director in 2005.

Deborah Roth Deborah Roth holds a B.A. in Psychology & Education from Mount Holyoke College and a Master's Degree in Psychology from Lesley University. She is a graduate of Coach University and received her Professional Certified Coach credentials through the International Coach Federation where she has been a featured speaker.

After spending 13 years in the corporate world as an employee benefits consultant and trainer, Deborah co-owned a small business before opening her own private coaching practice. Her passion is guiding women to bring their authentic selves to work and to rebalance their lives, professionally and personally, by naming their core values and creating goals and visions from which to take action.

Deborah is also a certified Inter-faith minister. She is currently working on her second book entitled "Circle of One: The Joy of being a Self-centered Woman." A published author, Deborah wrote "The Authentic Woman Playbook" and has a chapter in the book "101 Great Ways to Improve your Life," along with such notables as Jack Canfield, Richard Carlson, and Alan Cohen.
